1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to ErrandHQ ("ErrandHQ," "we," "our," "us," or "the Company").
ErrandHQ is a professional errand-running company that provides trusted errand-running services for individuals and businesses. Through our website and related platforms (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), users can submit requests for errands to be completed on their behalf by verified ErrandHQ staff.
Unlike an open freelance marketplace, ErrandHQ does not permit members of the public to independently provide services through the Platform. Every errand is managed internally and assigned by our Operations Team to verified ErrandHQ staff who have been approved to represent the Company.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Platform, all services provided through ErrandHQ, and every interaction between you and ErrandHQ.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using ErrandHQ in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or any ErrandHQ services.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise.

"Staff" means a verified individual officially engaged, employed, contracted, or otherwise authorized by ErrandHQ to perform errands on behalf of the Company.
"Provider Account" refers solely to the internal staff account used by verified ErrandHQ personnel. Provider accounts are not available for public registration.
"Operations Team" means the authorized personnel responsible for reviewing requests, assigning errands, monitoring execution, resolving operational issues, and ensuring quality control.
"Content" includes text, graphics, images, logos, software, documents, videos, audio, trademarks, designs, databases, and all other materials appearing on the Platform.
"Services" refers to all errand-running and related services offered by ErrandHQ.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By using ErrandHQ, you represent and warrant that:

You understand your rights and obligations.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.

4. ELIGIBILITY

5. PLATFORM OVERVIEW
ErrandHQ provides a centralized platform through which Customers can request professional errand-running services.
Upon receiving a request:
The request is reviewed by the Operations Team.
The Operations Team determines the appropriate execution plan.
A verified ErrandHQ staff member is assigned.
The assigned staff member carries out the errand on behalf of the Customer.
Progress updates may be provided where appropriate until completion.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to determine how errands are assigned, managed, supervised, and completed in order to maintain quality, efficiency, operational standards, and customer satisfaction.
6. USER ACCOUNTS
Certain Platform features require account registration.
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide complete, accurate, and current information.
Keep your information updated.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account.
Notify ErrandHQ immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, compromise Platform security, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
Users may not transfer, sell, assign, or permit another person to use their account without prior written authorization from ErrandHQ.
7. PROVIDER (STAFF) ACCOUNTS
Provider accounts exist exclusively for verified ErrandHQ staff.
Provider registration is not open to the general public.
Individuals who wish to work with ErrandHQ may only do so through the Company's official recruitment or onboarding process.
Creating a Provider account without authorization, attempting to impersonate ErrandHQ staff, or circumventing the Company's approval process constitutes a material violation of these Terms.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to reject, suspend, permanently disable, or delete any unauthorized Provider account without notice and to take any additional action permitted by law or necessary to protect the Platform, its users, and its operations.
Verified Provider accounts remain the property of ErrandHQ and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at the Company's sole discretion where necessary for operational, security, disciplinary, or business reasons.
8. ERRAND SERVICES
ErrandHQ provides professional errand-running services designed to save Customers time by completing lawful tasks on their behalf.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Personal errands
Business errands
Shopping and procurement
Document pickup and delivery
Parcel collection and delivery
Queueing services
Bill payment assistance
Home assistance tasks
Office support errands
Scheduled recurring errands
Custom errands approved by ErrandHQ
The availability of specific services may vary depending on location, operational capacity, applicable laws, weather conditions, safety considerations, or other business requirements.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
9. SUBMITTING AN ERRAND REQUEST
To request an errand, a Customer may be required to provide accurate and complete information, including:
A clear description of the task.
Collection and delivery locations (where applicable).
Preferred completion time.
Contact information.
Any special instructions reasonably necessary to complete the errand.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
ErrandHQ shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or unsuccessful service resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Customer.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to reject or request clarification for any errand that lacks sufficient information.
10. ERRAND REVIEW AND ASSIGNMENT
Every errand request is subject to review before execution.
The Operations Team may:
Review the feasibility of the request.
Verify submitted information.
Contact the Customer for clarification.
Estimate the required resources.
Determine service availability.
Assign the errand to the most suitable verified ErrandHQ staff member.
Assignment decisions are made solely by ErrandHQ.
Customers may not demand that a particular staff member be assigned to an errand unless ErrandHQ expressly agrees.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to reassign an errand at any stage where operationally necessary.
11. SERVICE ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION
An errand is considered accepted only after ErrandHQ confirms that it will be carried out.
After acceptance:
The assigned staff member shall perform the errand professionally.
Reasonable updates may be provided during execution where appropriate.
The Operations Team may supervise or monitor progress.
Additional verification may be requested if necessary to complete the task safely and accurately.
ErrandHQ will use reasonable efforts to complete errands within estimated timeframes; however, completion times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate instructions.
Cooperate with ErrandHQ staff where necessary.
Respond promptly to requests for clarification.
Ensure that requested errands are lawful.
Treat ErrandHQ staff respectfully.
Provide safe access to required locations.
Pay applicable fees in accordance with these Terms.
Customers shall not:
Provide false information.
Submit fraudulent requests.
Request illegal services.
Request dangerous activities.
Abuse or harass ErrandHQ staff.
Use the Platform to violate applicable laws.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the errand, suspension of services, or termination of the Customer's account.
13. ERRANDHQ STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES
Verified ErrandHQ staff are expected to:
Perform assigned errands professionally.
Act honestly and respectfully.
Follow Company procedures.
Protect Customer privacy.
Handle Customer property with reasonable care.
Maintain confidentiality where required.
Comply with applicable laws.
Represent ErrandHQ in a professional manner.
Staff members may decline or discontinue an errand where: Personal safety is at risk.
The requested activity is unlawful.Instructions materially change after assignment.
The Customer behaves abusively or threatens staff.
Circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent safe completion.
14. PROHIBITED SERVICES
ErrandHQ reserves the right to refuse any request that is unlawful, unsafe, unethical, impractical, or inconsistent with Company policies.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
Illegal activities.
Fraudulent transactions.
Transporting prohibited or unlawful items.
Activities involving violence or threats.
Tasks requiring professional licences that ErrandHQ does not possess.
Requests that endanger staff or third parties.
Activities violating public policy or applicable law.
The refusal of any request shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
ErrandHQ strives to make its services available consistently; however, availability depends on several factors, including:
Geographic coverage.
Staff availability.
Operational capacity.
Public holidays.
Traffic conditions.
Weather.
Government restrictions.
Technical maintenance.
Emergencies.
Force majeure events.
ErrandHQ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or its services.
Temporary suspension of services for maintenance, upgrades, security, or operational reasons shall not create liability on the part of ErrandHQ.
16. QUALITY ASSURANCE
ErrandHQ is committed to maintaining high standards of service quality.
To support this commitment, the Company may:

Collect customer feedback.
Provide additional staff training.
Take disciplinary action where necessary.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to determine appropriate quality control measures in its sole discretion to maintain professional service standards and protect the interests of its Customers and the Company.
The price of an errand is determined based on one or more factors, including but not limited to:
Nature and complexity of the errand.
Estimated completion time.
Distance to be travelled.
Urgency of the request.
Required resources.
Operational costs.
Applicable taxes or statutory charges.
Any additional services requested by the Customer.
Prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an errand has been accepted and confirmed, the agreed price shall generally apply unless the scope of the errand changes.
If the Customer requests additional work after an errand has commenced, ErrandHQ reserves the right to revise the applicable charges. Where practicable, the Customer will be informed before additional charges are incurred.
18. PAYMENTS
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges associated with the requested services.
Payments may be made using payment methods approved by ErrandHQ from time to time.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to:
Verify payments before commencing an errand.
Decline any payment method.
Suspend services where payment is unsuccessful.
Require advance payment for certain services.
Where a payment processor is used, payment transactions are subject to the processor's own terms and privacy practices. ErrandHQ does not store complete payment card information.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services, cancellation of bookings, recovery proceedings where applicable, or permanent restriction of the Customer's account.
19. REFUNDS
Refund requests shall be handled in accordance with ErrandHQ's Refund Policy and applicable law.
As a general principle:
Refunds may be available where an errand is cancelled before assignment or where ErrandHQ determines that a refund is appropriate.
Once an errand has been assigned or work has commenced, refunds may be reduced, declined, or adjusted depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred.
Where an errand has been successfully completed in accordance with the Customer's instructions, refunds will generally not be granted.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to investigate every refund request and make a final determination based on the facts of each case.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
20. CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation of an errand before completion.
Cancellation requests are subject to operational status.
Where an errand has already been assigned or partially completed, cancellation fees or partial charges may apply.
ErrandHQ also reserves the right to cancel or decline an errand where:
Required information is incomplete.
The request is unlawful.
Safety concerns arise.
Staff become unavailable.
Operational circumstances make completion impossible or unreasonable.
Cancellation by ErrandHQ shall not create liability beyond any refund required under these Terms or applicable law.
21. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
Customers are expected to use the Platform responsibly and respectfully.
Customers must not:
Abuse, threaten, intimidate, or harass ErrandHQ staff.
Submit false or misleading information.
Attempt to interfere with Platform operations.
Circumvent Company procedures.
Misrepresent their identity.
Engage in fraudulent activity.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Encourage unlawful conduct through the Platform.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to investigate suspected misconduct and take appropriate action.
22. PROHIBITED USE OF THE PLATFORM
The Platform must not be used for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Examples include:
Money laundering.
Identity fraud.
Cybercrime.
Distribution of prohibited materials.
Activities infringing intellectual property rights. Activities threatening public safety.
Attempts to exploit Platform vulnerabilities.

23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property associated with ErrandHQ, including but not limited to:

Logos.
Trademarks.
Service marks.
Website design.
Software.
Databases.
Graphics.
Text.
Icons.
Photographs.
Videos.
Source code.
Documentation.
is owned by or licensed to ErrandHQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, licensed, or exploited without prior written permission from ErrandHQ, except where expressly permitted by law.
24. USER CONTENT
Where the Platform permits Customers to submit content, including reviews, comments, ratings, photographs, or other materials, the Customer remains responsible for that content.
By submitting content, the Customer grants ErrandHQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, distribute, and otherwise use such content for lawful business purposes, including service improvement, quality assurance, promotional activities, and platform operations.
Customers warrant that submitted content:
Is accurate.
Does not infringe third-party rights.
Is not defamatory.
Is not unlawful.
Does not contain malicious software.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise considered inappropriate.
25. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
Customer reviews and feedback help improve service quality.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to:
Moderate reviews.
Remove fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unlawful reviews.
Investigate suspicious review activity.
Use genuine feedback for training, quality improvement, marketing, or service development.
Customers must not submit fake reviews or attempt to manipulate ratings.
26. PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
From time to time, ErrandHQ may offer discounts, promotional campaigns, referral programmes, vouchers, or other incentives.
Such offers are governed by any specific terms accompanying the promotion.
ErrandHQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate promotions at any time where necessary to prevent abuse, comply with legal requirements, or protect legitimate business interests.
Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable promotional terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
27. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
ErrandHQ is committed to delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality errand-running services. However, except where prohibited by applicable law, the Platform and Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
ErrandHQ does not guarantee that:
The Platform will operate without interruption.
The Platform will always be error-free.
Every requested errand can be accepted or completed.
Estimated completion times will always be achieved.
Technical issues will never occur.
While we strive for excellence in every errand, certain circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect service delivery.
Nothing in this section excludes any warranty that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ErrandHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising from or relating to:
Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Inaccurate information supplied by Customers.
Customer instructions that result in unsuccessful completion.
Third-party service failures.
Internet outages.
Payment processor interruptions.
Government actions.
Natural disasters.
Traffic conditions.
Public emergencies.
Events constituting force majeure.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ErrandHQ's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
29. CUSTOMER INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ErrandHQ, its directors, officers, employees, staff, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, legal costs, or demands arising out of:
Your breach of these Terms.
Your misuse of the Platform.
False information supplied by you.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Your infringement of third-party rights.
Your negligent or unlawful conduct.
This indemnity survives the termination of these Terms where permitted by law.
30. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
ErrandHQ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Platform where a User:

Attempts unauthorized Provider registration.
Uses the Platform unlawfully.
Threatens or abuses staff.
Interferes with Platform operations.
Compromises Platform security.
Engages in conduct that may damage ErrandHQ's reputation or business.
Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform, its Users, staff, or legitimate business interests.
Termination does not relieve the User of obligations accrued before termination.
31. FORCE MAJEURE
ErrandHQ shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events include, but are not limited to:
Natural disasters.
Floods.
Fires.
Epidemics or pandemics.
Government restrictions.
Civil unrest.
War.
Terrorist acts.
Labour disputes.
Power failures.
Internet outages.
Cyberattacks.
Transportation disruptions.
Extreme weather conditions.
Where possible, ErrandHQ will make reasonable efforts to resume services promptly.
32. GOVERNING LAW
